It is a toss up between Shakeology and kaeng raeng. I would like to get back on a vegan diet. I did it for about 6 months and felt so much better.
But med rare steaks kept mooing at me;)

Please, be careful for losing too much weight,try to eat what you want and drink. I know something else that is healthy for you,Loch Lomond, pure malt drink,or William Lawson with a lot of blended malt. It will give you a lot of energy to dance.

I would love to do this cleanse to lose a few pounds before my wedding in September...alternatively, I'd love to give it to a friend and pass on the gift of clean eating.
