"The Fosters" Are On Their Way!
ABC Family recently announced that they’ll be producing a pilot for “The Fosters,” a new comedy-drama about a multi-ethnic family led by two moms who are raising foster kids and biological kids. This is a project very close to the hearts of me and my producing partners at Nuyorican Productions. Bradley Bredeweg and Peter Paige are the wonderful writer/executive producers who created the show and their talent is remarkable.
Working behind the scenes, this is a chance to bring a fresh, new story to TV that honors the diversity of modern families. Everyone can relate to having a family that feels a little different somehow, so hopefully this is a show you’ll be seeing soon —and loving!

This real makes me remember to Bob Marley who was an outcast in Jamaica. Worse,his father and mother both were estranged to him. It was a shame. Moreover he died far too young on agressive melanom with diseminations all over his body. I'm happy, Jennifer, that you still hang out with former husband Marc Antony. I real appreciate that. -

I watch many TV shows.. but some of my favorites are Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, American Idol and Gossip Girl. -

The American Idol in recent years had all dance music song beauty sets energy intensity emotion etc. Jenny leave behind big gap and they know the producers wait for viewing proposals after the concerts of December personally one of the best shows for all ages ... -

Oh, I ment Web Therapy, it got deleted. I think u should my life, lol. I have 3 kids with ADHD, oldest has ADHD pluS autistic spectrum, husband has ADD, father in law has ADD, OCD. I am the only sane one and I am going crazy! Going to the store is a scene, people stare at me! ADHD is a hot topic these days, so many struggles, no TV shows it, I am a PRO!!!! -

I can't wait for this show. My mom has been a foster parent so I'm looking forward to this. I wish I could be in it. Eventhough I'm 15 I have always liked the idea of adoption and foster parents, it takes a person with a big heart to accept and love a kid that is not there own. Can't wait. -

I really hope it's good...I myself was a foster kid and hate how tv shows portray us foster kids to be, not all the kids are bad and shoot careworkers and the system is not as nice as they pretend to be...so hope it's good -

Well, you just have to throw your hat in the ring into everything , don't you? It must be good if ABC picked it up, shows get dropped so quickly these days so I would be careful if I were you. This topic seems to be a hot button in Hollywood and, frankly, starting to be overdone in my opinion so you had better put a very Intersting flare on it to get me hooked. I am just sick of EVERY show doing this topic, not that I have anything against it, just every time I turn the channel, there it is. Love Modern Family, Parent Hood is my life, so true in so many ways. Love Idol, the Voice and So you think You Can Dance for Fun, and Episodes and The Web. I have small kids, so I'm home every night. So yes, TV is very important! :)
