Being on tour is a great experience, but it's also very physically demanding. For my dancers, eating right is essential to our performances, which is why we try to keep things healthy in the catering department.

now i get hungry and i'm going to get 20 chicken nuggets muahahaha and the Boy is sweet :D !!!! -
I think living healthy is not just eating right but also moving a lot just like running, dancing, etc. I like spices like lavender, thyme, oregano, etc. I like beef, oranges, grapefruits. I am fond of drinking William Lawson's, Loch Lomond, Glen Talloch. These drinks are real healthy, gives you energy. They taste very dry, strong and sharp. Just go in stores to find out. -

I am a vegetarian, so lot of vegetables, fruits, milk & milk products, dry fruits. My Favourite health foods would be Oats porridge with dry figs, Almonds & walnuts, I love red pasta with broccoli, spinach & cottage cheese :) -

Spinach and arugula salad, salmon,strawberries, peaches, baked chicken, and broccoli. I like fresh and organic fruits and vegetables:) -

Portion control: just one serving of rice, I will try to remember that one. No fried food: ok, we are on. No sugar: hmm, i don't think so! -
What a tiny portion for such an active MAN! For me, it is about balance and organic food whenever possible. I am raising my kids on poultry only, proper portion size but never starving, and sweets are ok. Depriving only leads to yoyo weight gain. Asparagus is a favorite in my house! -
