In May of 1993 Princess Diana graced the cover of Vogue. It certainly hadn’t been the first time.
It’s been 15 years since her passing. Princess Diana was a remarkable woman and will always be remembered for her grace, style, generosity, and intelligence.

I feel like I'm back at school, lol. Someone I feel is an exceptional individual is Ellen DeGeneres. She never pretends to be anything other than who she is, and is the most kind and giving person. In 1997 she came out as being gay on the cover of Time magazine with "Yep, I'm Gay" , later she lost her own sitcom because of it. She was only fighting for who she is and others like her, and so many hated her because of it. Today, she continues to amaze me with her generosity on her show. She helps strangers by giving them cars or paying their rent for a year or whatever they might need in these difficult economic times. She has such a beautiful heart. She is always laughing, always true, even through those that hate and do not understand. Ellen DeGeneres is the most beautiful inside and out, a strong women for my daughter to see as a game changer, and someone I truly admire. -
a person that comes to my mind is an actress that i adore dearly!! Tamara Braun for the last 7 years that i have ben following her has worked with a company named TLC -Therapeutic Living Centers for the Blind (TLC) is a community of learners and teachers who have come together to create a supportive and encouraging environment for those with developmental disabilities and blindness. More than a facility, TLC represents a family working together to support each individual in order to develop his or her unique strengths. Tamara is always raising money for them, when she can of course! She also yook a ccamera crew there to see how the center helps these amazing people and it really touched my heart!! i was also surprised that every member in the enter knew who she was, cause she is not one of those celebs that pretend to help! Tamara actually helps and spends as much time with as possiable and i love that about her!! -

the first person that came to my mind was you Jennifer Lopez ur my idol i see you doing everything you can to help people that need it or u are there just to cheer them up! like when u go to the hopital of sick childrens in Los Angeles to go and cheer all the ill children and there parents up and you tell them not to give up.And that u care about your kids and family and that u are not afarid to love .You go after everything that u believe in no matter what people say or do u do.you do what u belive in. ur always smiling on american Idol and u care a lot about the contestants like they were your own kids! ur everything i want to be when i grow up! thats y i look up to u everyday of life! when im in a bad mood or im not having the best day i just have to watch one of your movies or music videos or listen to your songs or watch u on IQ'VIVA or Idol and seeing u do what u love make me happy again and then i know y i look up 2 u everyday! ur the best role model a girl could ever have! u have always said that if u work hard enough that one day all your dreams will come true and to never give up on what u love to do the most which i love to dance and sing me and my best friend Olivia make up dances and then have shows in my downstairs for my whole family to see! i love making dances and then having shows that i can show my family what i really love to do which is listening to ur music dancing and singing to your music as well!love u Jenn. -Lauren Clark @laurensaJLOVER plzz follow on twitter -

My Idol, inspiration and positive influence in my life is Jennifer Lopez. Jennifer is a amazing singer, actress, businesswoman, but most of all a Mother. She is sexy and stylish and carries herself with such class and grace. She shows girls all around the world to believe in that dream. Jennifer came from the Bronx, riding the 6 train into NYC with just a subway token and a dream, which led Jennifer to become the most noted and famous Latina superstar in the world. Jennifer is an international superstar. She has done it all from dancing, music, movies, clothing line, fragrances, producing, and still managing to be a wonderful Mother to her twins. There is NOTHING this woman has not accomplished, and everything she touches turns GOLD. This friends is what you call a Superwoman!! This is why Jennifer has always been and will always be my idol, someone that helps me believe in myself and shoot for the stars.
I love you Jennifer, I thank you for touching my life each and everyday and it would be my honor to be able to meet and thank you for impacting my life the way you do. I will forever stay true and support any decision that you choose to make in your life.

It's interesting to watch how her style evolved and how it was simultaneous with her personality. Her transformation for when she first became a princess to the years before her death was so evident. She went from a naive young women to a seasoned- sophisticated one, much how her persona evolved. She left us way to soon, and the day she died is one that I will never forget. Another true style icon.

I think you hit it on the nail with Princess Diana. She was really an exceptional human being. The only other person I could think about is my mother Evelyn. She is an angel placed on earth. Patience of a god, sweet as sugar, tough as nails, and beautiful as the horizon! She is my ideal women, I want to be half the women she is!
